Work in a fast paced call center environment with customers whose vehicle has been repossessed to negotiate a positive resolution.
• Answers inbound calls from repossessed auto loan customers, vendors, and others in a call center environment.
• Provide reinstatement information to the customer which includes negotiation of reinstatement payment and required stipulations/disclosures.
• Review customer documentation for accuracy, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
• Release vehicle to the customer upon completion of the reinstatement.
