This position requires the ability to work as a member of a team and the experience to support daily business operations. A primary responsibility of this position is to engage in the daily operations for the areas of Account and Billing/Invoice review. This position requires delivered solutions from documented or verbal specifications in a timely manner. They will be expected to resolve and/or provide assistance in the research associated with Customer and Retailer issues. This position may also require participation in in small projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing markets, systems and processes
- Ability to operate in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the Texas Electric Market a plus
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work extended hours and on weekends as needed
